This is the best independent investigation into the death of Jeffrey Epstein. In the midst of all the political posturing, Congressional Inquiries and non-release of the Epstein Files – this is the final series of articles on Jeffrey Epstein’s mysterious death in a New York jail cell. Read it and you will know more about Epstein’s death than most media or political commentators.

I did not want to do this Epstein Series. My students forced me into it.
For years, as I was teaching the CrimeWaves course at the University of New Haven, my students would pester me, saying, “If we are going to investigate corruption and Cold Cases, we really should look at Jeffrey Epstein’s death.”
I did not want to do it because, frankly, much of the reporting on Jeffrey Epstein is porn disguised as journalism. You know the articles. They are written in that fake, shocked, “Readers will scarcely believe what happened next!” voice and accompanied with lots of photos of girls and women.
However, the more I studied Jeffrey Epstein’s mysterious death, the more I realized that whatever the verdict – self-harm or homicide, if that could happen to the United States’ most famous prisoner, it could happen to any of us. Indeed, if you are a poor person stuck in America’s bloated jail population, you are probably enduring some of the conditions that Epstein faced.
This is the best investigation of Jeffrey Epstein’s death not because my students and I are investigative geniuses. We are not modern-day Sherlock Holmes. However, we have discovered extraordinary details that no other media outlet has done. We have done this partly because we worked really, really hard. We read tens-of-thousands of pages, conducted numerous background interviews, and obtained a series of extraordinary, exclusive interviews with people close to Epstein and his prison.
But our success comes partly because we have absolutely no political bias or axe to grind. I am a Canadian. It doesn’t matter a monkey to me if Donald Trump, Prince Andrew or Bill Clinton disguised as prison guards crept into Epstein’s jail cell and killed him. Thus we were able to examine all the evidence that came in with no agenda or slant to our work.
This is our pledge to you: no political bias. We are just going to show you what happened to Epstein from July 6, 2019 when he entered the Metropolitan Correctional Centre (MCC) in downtown Manhattan to his death on the night of August 9/10, 2019 – a scant thirty-five days later.

We present them like a trial. First, the case for the prosecution. Why it could be a murder. Then an unexamined double-murder with extraordinary similarities to Epstein’s death. The third part will be myself arguing like a defense lawyer as to why the government hid much of the most compelling arguments about how Epstein’s death could have been self-harm. Finally, there is an examination of four official investigations that were shameful in their competency. We outline some of the mistakes they made.

It was Murder: The Compelling Facts to Lead to a Homicide Verdict

• The official paperwork of the jail indicates that there was an extra person in Jeffrey Epstein’s wing that night and that they left just after the time of his death.
• The sheer scale of wealth and power of interested parties – op banks, politicians, potential intelligence agencies – with a motive to silence Epstein is impressive indeed.
• The prison was one of the most corrupt penal institutions in the western world.
• There were serial sexual abusers, rapists, drug smugglers, a corrupt network with links to organized crime gangsters, and murders – and those were just some of the prison guards.
• One of the inmates that Epstein shared his cell with was a to-be convicted homicidal cop who strangled one of his victims with a plastic tie. This is exactly the same method that may have been Epstein’s death.
• Jeffrey Epstein, purportedly, tried to commit suicide while he was in the same cell with this man.
• Exclusive interviews with Epstein’s brother, one of his lawyers, and one of only two doctors to actually examine his body. They all say that Epstein’s death was homicide.

The Mysterious Murder of the Other Jewish Mega-Millionaire: Linked to Epstein’s Death?

• There is another murder case that is bafflingly close to Jeffrey Epstein’s death in means, manner, and background of the victims.
• The bodies were laid out in a way that is strikingly similar to Jeffrey Epstein.
• All the bodies (including Jeffrey Epstein) had lacerations on their left wrists that were originally missed by the official medical examiners.
• The families had to hire independent examiners to overturn official verdicts.
• To this day, no one has solved this mysterious murder that occurred the year before Jeffrey Epstein was discovered dead in his cell.

The Secrets that the US Government Does Not Want You To Know

• The prison where Jeffrey Epstein was housed, was one of the most corrupt penal institutions in the western world. Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and the United Nations Special Rapporteur for Human Rights all had declared it and, specifically, the unit where Epstein was being kept as a blemish on America’s values.
• All this was known. It was a deliberately maintained “prosecution deal factory” where ambitious prosecution attorneys in downtown Manhattan could boast about their successful rate of “cases closed” when poor, down-trodden prisoners desperate to get out of this hell-hole signed deals.
• The prison was so bad, it drove Chapo Guzman, the Mexican Drug Cartel leader, mad.
• We found the suicide watch inmate, who sat and talked with Epstein late into the nights. He declares, publicly, his view that Epstein killed himself.
• Exclusive interviews with two high-level Mexican Drug Cartel informants who spent fourteen years in high security. They also say that Epstein’s jail was the worst in America and his death must have been suicide.

The Official Investigations That Were Shut Down Before They Could Truly Start

• They destroyed a rope. The FBI was so incompetent that in their “investigation” of Epstein’s suspicious death – either by hanging or strangling – that the same day his body was discovered they “recycled” most of the material found in his cell – including a rope!
• They have never interviewed the last person, outside of the guards, to speak to Jeffrey Epstein. His longterm girlfriend was a Belorussian dentist Karyna Shuliak. They spoke at approximately 7:00 p.m. for twenty minutes. No official investigator has ever formally interviewed her.
• They did not examine all the prisoners in Jeffrey Epstein’s wing for marks on their hands or feet. This is standard practice in most prison deaths.
• We obtained a previously unseen medical examiners’ report that shows “contusions, lacerations, and bruises” on Epstein’s death photos that were not reported in the official autopsy report.

You are the Jury

It is perfectly reasonable to believe that Jeffrey Epstein’s death was either homicide or a suicide. There is compelling evidence on either side. If you read all the articles posted in this series you will know more about Epstein’s death than most media commentators. So, the final article in the series will be an invitation for you to vote in our poll.
